HEAT TREATMENT
1. The solid solution temperature during 980 ~ 1000 ℃, according to parts of section thickness, the heat preservation time lasts differently, then air cooling, oil cooling or water, in 700 ~ 720 ℃ aging 12~16 after air cooling;
2. Heat treatment process for high quality of A286 alloy parts: solid solution 900 ℃+/-10 ℃, 1~2 h, oil cooling + aging 750 ℃+/-10 ℃, 16 h, air cooling.
WELDING
1. With the satisfactory welding performance, argon arc welding, spot welding, and seam welding can be used to weld A286 alloy;
2. The welding of A286 alloy in the solid solution state, the aging treatment after welding.
